Your quiz result includes a personal reflection, a matched Kevin video and a guided activation. The contact form uses Kajabi to save your details and personalised result for your resource email.

What the quiz asks for

The assessment asks for quiz answers, then your name, email address and phone number before showing the result. Answers are used in this browser to calculate a reflection, selected goal and one of three quiz bands: Mostly Clear, Partially Blocked, or Stuck On Repeat. These are self-reflection labels, not diagnoses.

What is stored right now

Your individual answers and optional note are saved temporarily in this browser tab’s session storage. When you submit, Kajabi receives your name, email and phone, your personalised result and matched resource link, plus a plain-text record of all 15 questions and your chosen answers, including any treatment selections and optional note. This record is available to Kevin to provide your requested resources and prepare for a call if you book one. The note is optional; please avoid information you do not want to share with Kevin. Your full answers and note are not included in the resource email or sent as Meta event data. The immediate resource email needs no confirmation step and contains your result label and matched video link, not the detailed report stored in Kajabi. Retaking the quiz clears the previous result and contact form values. Close this tab or clear its session storage to remove the saved quiz answers. The resource email request is separate from your advertising measurement settings.

Videos and activation

The result videos and guided activation are hosted by Wistia. Wistia may process technical viewing information under its own privacy terms when a video or audio player loads or plays. The activation download link opens a Google Drive-hosted file supplied for this funnel.

Booking a call

Your private result link

Your resource email includes a private link to the same generated result shown after your quiz. Cloudflare stores an encrypted, minimal snapshot for 90 days: your result band, total, title and Kevin’s four generated paragraphs. It does not receive your name, email, phone, raw answers, treatment selections or optional note through this saved-result service. The random access token is stored only as a hash on the server, and is placed after # in your email link rather than in a query string. Anyone you share the link with can open the result; keep it private. The saved-result page removes the token from the address bar before other scripts run, sends it only in a private POST request, and does not load Meta tracking or fire a new Lead event. Cloudflare processes technical network information to serve and protect the service. The snapshot expires automatically after 90 days; this does not delete the separate Kajabi record. Booking is handled by Calendly. Its embedded calendar and direct booking page process booking details and technical information under Calendly’s privacy terms. You can make your cookie choices in Calendly. Submitting the quiz form requests one immediate resource email through Kajabi. It does not request an SMS subscription or a separate promotional email sequence.

Local usage checks

The page keeps a short, temporary log of funnel stages in the page for testing. That log is not a connected analytics service and does not include your contact details, score or written answers.

Optional Meta marketing measurement

Marketing measurement is on by default, without a popup, unless you have opted out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC). Default-on measurement is not a record of your explicit consent. When measurement is on, Meta Pixel 823227076140730 receives generic PageView, QuizStart, QuizComplete, Lead and confirmed embedded-calendar Schedule events, plus technical browser/network information such as IP address and user agent. Meta may use this for advertising measurement and personalisation under Meta’s privacy policy. Meta’s own cookie and browser restrictions also apply.

When measurement is on, the standard Meta Pixel runs directly on this page, not in an isolated frame. Like other page scripts it technically has access to the page; our integration sends only the generic events above, with no quiz answers, scores, outcomes, written responses, email addresses or phone numbers as event data. Automatic event collection, automatic configuration and advanced matching are disabled; no personal data is supplied at Pixel initialisation.

Normal Pixel attribution includes the page URL, referrer, browser/network information and first-party identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc cookies and the fbclid advertising click identifier, subject to browser restrictions. URLs may include campaign parameters; do not put personal or sensitive information in URLs. These identifiers may support advertising measurement and personalisation. This browser-only implementation does not send server-side Conversions API events. A browser Lead event is sent only when complete quiz answers and a pending native form submission are present and the browser returns to the result. It is deduplicated per quiz attempt. This navigation signal is not authenticated confirmation from Kajabi or proof that an email was delivered. A Calendly link click is not a confirmed booking.

Your marketing choice is saved locally in this browser, separately from quiz data. Use Privacy settings below to allow, decline or reset it. Declining stops future events from this integration. Reset removes your saved choice and restores default-on measurement, unless GPC is enabled. GPC takes priority even over a saved allow choice. Turning measurement off does not unload previously loaded code, delete existing cookies or retract events already sent. You can clear cookies in your browser. Browser restrictions may prevent measurement even when allowed. Quiz and result access do not require marketing consent.

Contact and deletion requests

To ask about your information or request deletion of your quiz contact and result information held in Kajabi, email Kevin at iamkgnzls888@gmail.com. Clearing browser storage does not delete information already submitted to Kajabi. Calendly, Wistia, Google Drive and Meta handle information they receive under their own privacy policies.
